Comments or Reviews
If you would like to leave a comment or review, you must provide your name and e-mail address. Your name is displayed publicly, but your e-mail address is not. This information is also used to create a cookie, which will expire after one year. The comment itself, and its’ associated metadata, will be retained indefinitely.
Once the comment or review has been submitted, the comment text, your IP address and browser user string are collected in order to aid in spam detection and prevention. Such information may be submitted to a third-party spam detection service.

When we advertise on Facebook, we use Facebook Pixel to capture information about those who respond to those ads. We do not see personally-identifiable information about you, but there is some demographic information collected. Click here to review Facebook’s privacy policies.
We sometimes use embedded content from third-party websites. Embedded content behaves in the same way as if you had visited the website yourself. Those websites may collect cookies about you, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

Information about inactive user accounts, pending orders, failed orders or cancelled orders is retained for 30 days, and then deleted automatically thereafter.
If you make a purchase from us, you will be required to provide certain information. This information includes:
1. Name and/or company name
2. Phone and email address.

We retain certain Stripe data indefinitely – that which is necessary to identify what Stripe transaction goes with what order. This does not include your payment (ex. credit card) information, as we do not collect that information to begin with. All such information is handled securely by Stripe.

All data sent between you and our website is encrypted, via HTTPS protocol. We strive to make use of only stable, proven web technologies, while minimizing the use of third-party services.
We try to collect only the data we need to efficiently complete your order. We try to retain only the data necessary for basic record-keeping. It is our belief that maintaining a secure and trustworthy store is crucially important to our business, and we will do everything we can to achieve that.
