This has been created to aid ladies through the time of life when progesterone levels need to be balanced. For all cycles of life including cramping or hot flashes! Apply this cream on the main lymphatic areas. Instructions included with products.

How To Use
Use ½ tsp. daily on the soft tissues. Inside of upper arms, inside of thighs, between breasts (large concentration of lymph nodes) or hollow of armpit (massage heavily). For cramping, rub abdomen. This may need to be repeated in twenty minutes. For hips, sciatica and hot flashes, rub 4-5 lumbar (mid-to-lower back) around top of hip bone into the hollow of the hip and lower groin.
